One-hundred year old Ike Savitt who lived through World War II in the Russian army, was exiled to Cuba and then Mexico before finally landing in New York in the 1950s, is the oldest member of any DEC in the US.
After arriving in New York Ike started and ran a successful international printing supply business for many years and he’s still active with Gate Group USA, a graphic arts export management company specializing in exports to Mexico and the former Soviet Union.
