New York District Export Council (DEC) – Need expert advice on international trade? Just ask us; the DEC offers free export assistance to the state’s business community. DEC members have a wide range of international business expertise. To learn more, click here.

US Commercial Service (USCS) – The USCS is the nation’s main export promotion agency. Its international trade specialists work with U.S. companies to help them expand their exports. To learn more about USCS services, click here.

US Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) – The FAS, within the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is responsibe for assisting US agricultural exporters with foreign market information, assistance grants, foreign-buyers’ programs, and trade missions. To learn more click here.

FoodExport USA – Food Export Association of the Midwest USA (Food Export–Midwest) and Food Export USA–Northeast (Food Export–Northeast) are nonprofit organizations that help U.S. companies start or expand their export sales.

Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) – The EXIM Bank is the official export credit agency of the United States. Their mission is to support American job creation, prosperity and security through exporting.

New York State Programs – Global NY helps businesses enter or expand their presence in the global marketplace with export funding and representatives around the world. Global NY programs connect companies with sales agents and distributors abroad and offset the costs of exporting.

Small Business Administration – By empowering small businesses, the SBA helps drive innovation, job creation, and economic opportunity in communities across the United States.

Other Federal Agencies – Several other federal departments and agencies offer export assistance, export finance programs, or regulate the export process.
