New York Global Trade Events

The New York DEC is the proud host of World Trade Week NYC, a series of live and virtual events every May, late April and early June.

The New York DEC and its partners are currently offering virtual export training programs. These cover a range of timely international business topics, and are a sensible way to stay export-aware until we can meet again in person. In addition, online export programs are available from other DECs around the country, and from the National DEC.

The U.S. Commercial Service organizes hundreds of domestic and overseas trade events each year, and often complements them with related seminars, business match-making, and export counseling. It also maintains an excellent online event database, where you can search by topic, industry, and country. Well worth a look!

World Trade Week NYC is an active network of more than 70 organizations in the New York metro region working together to underscore the importance of international trade, logistics and port operations to the region’s economy and to use their collective expertise to help the region’s businesses grow through international trade. World Trade Week NYC is hosted by the New York District Export Council.
